Searching Case Dockets

Throughout Michigan, most of the District Courts, and some Circuit Courts have gone on to a system called “MICourt”, which enables you to search a docket in a given court. You first select the court, then you search by a person’s name, and if you have searched properly, and if there is a case with that person/company’s name on it, you will find it.
